BOUT THE GAME

Q: How does SolCity Mysteries work?
A: Each case is a self-contained murder mystery game delivered in a case file format. Inside the physical package and digital portal, you’ll uncover evidence, clues, and stories. Your mission? Solve the case by connecting the dots.

Q: What’s included in each case file?
A: Every case includes:

• Crime scene photos

• Witness statements

• Police reports

• News articles & physical clues

• A Case ID for accessing digital evidence

Q: Do I need internet access to play?
A: Yes. While the case file includes physical materials, you’ll need internet access to log into the case filePortal, where digital clues (videos, voice memos, forensic files) are stored.

Q: Can I play solo, or do I need a group?
A: You can absolutely play solo - or with a team! SolCity Mysteries is built to work both ways. It’s great for game nights, date nights, team building, or some immersive me-time.

Q: How long does each case take to solve?
A: Most players take between 90 minutes and 3 hours, depending on how deep they dive and the difficulty level of the case. However there’s no timer - solve at your own pace.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but UK domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout.

Q: Will I receive tracking info?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your mystery all the way to your doorstep.

ACCESS & DIGITAL SUPPORT

Q: How do I access the digital portal?
A: You need to crack a code or solve a puzzle to find your login and password as part of the game experience .

 

Q: What if I lose or can’t find my Case ID?
A: No problem—just use the hints system to uncover your login details

Q: Can I replay the game or share it?
A: Each case is designed for a single complete playthrough, but you can pass it on if you haven’t written on or altered any materials.

RETURNS & POLICIES

Q: What’s your return/refund policy?
A: We accept returns on unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery (UK customers). Used or activated products are not eligible for return. For full details, see our [Refund Policy].

Q: What if something arrives damaged or missing?
