1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard (Domestic)       -   3–7 business days                   - Based on location

Express (Domestic)          - 1–3 business days                     - Additional fee applies

International Standard    - 7–21 business days                   - Based on location

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Digital Products

For products that include access to digital content (e.g., case portals or bonus materials), access credentials will be provided in case file usually in the form of a encrypted message or puzzle.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship from our fulfilment center located the UK.
We ship to most U.S. states, Canada, the UK, and select international destinations.
If we are unable to ship to your region, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at enquires@solcitymysteries.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
